STUART J. WOOD, Vocals; ERIC FALCONER, Guitar; LESLIE MCKEOWN, Vocals; ALAN LONGMUIR, Bass Guitar; DEREK LONGMUIR, Drums; COLIN MICHAEL FRECHTER, Keyboards/Vocals/Arranger and  PHIL WAINMAN, Guitar. PHIL WAINMAN was also the record's Producer.

The song was written by Bob Gaudio and Bob Crewe and was originally recorded by The Four Seasons with Frankie Valli in 1965.

The Bay City Rollers version of this song reached number one in the U.K. singles chart the week ending Saturday 22 Mar 1975. It remained at number 1 for 6 weeks, stopping the following records from reaching number one: "There's A Whole Lot Of Loving" - Guys & Dolls, "Fox On The Run" - Sweet and the re-released 1968 track "Honey" - Bobby Goldsboro; all reached number 2.
